There are two payment options. You can sign up to pay a monthly fee or a quarterly fee (recurring every 3 months).

The primary piece of equipment that we use is dumbbells. Meg recommends having a light set, medium set, and heavy set. Anywhere from 5-20 lbs is a great place to begin. An exercise bench is also used for some of our movements, but is not required.

What is the workout schedule?
The workouts range from 25 to 30 minutes Monday - Friday and are 15 minutes long on Saturdays.
How long are the workouts?
Absolutely! Meg demonstrates each movement and provides modifications for various ability levels. Often Meg encourages members to meet themselves where they are at while still working to challenge themselves.
Is this do-able for people who are new to exercise?
Once you are registered as a member, you will use the log-in information you created to sign in at the top of the website. After you are signed in, you will see “MWM Members Only Access”. Click “view”. That will direct you to the published workouts.
New workouts are scheduled to premiere on the website at midnight every day and will stay there throughout the week in case you would like to repeat it or make it up.
How do I access the workouts?
You may cancel your membership at any time. You will lose access to the members only workouts at the end of the billing period.
There are no refunds.
